All prices on our website are exclusive of postage and packing which will be added at the checkout and charged at the following rates:
Next day delivery is offered from Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed before 2pm.
All our parcels are sent recorded and will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for delivery a card will be left for you to pick up from your local post office

Please note that all delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period, delivery times may be longer on public Holidays.
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, please keep all receipts for your purchases. It will ensure we can help you, if sending something back.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Products delivered to you
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by:
- Emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds may take up to 10 working day to clear in the same bank account orginally used.
This is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused.
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid less any collection charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or to require proof of identity
